Shipping and Returns

UK SHIPPING:

All UK shipments are FREE (excluding shoes) and is shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING:

All European shipments are shipped via Royal Mail International, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International, please allow up to 4 weeks.

Please Note: Shipping times are not guaranteed therefore Moné Label is not responsible for any delayed packages. Any disputes must be made with the carrier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving goods. Products must be unused and in the original packaging in which it was sold with the receipt. (EXCLUDING SHOES)

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item from us we will refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs).

Please contact us before returning any items. Packages sent without contacting us will not be accepted or returned.

Please note:

- Faulty items must be returned to Moné Label to be assessed by us and confirmed as faulty. We are not responsible for any losses until the package has been sent to us.

- Customers must pay for shipping costs if you wish to return goods. We recommend using a signed and tracked delivery service as we are not held responsible for any damages and losses.

- Any customs/duties charged to Moné Label for returns/exchanges are not the responsibility of Moné Label and will be paid for by the customer through PayPal.
